The remaining 52km (lines GH88B-125,129,132,134) were reshoots NPD_REMARKS Objective 999 0241 = of lines GH88A-25,29,32 and 34 in the Dugong area and were intended to compare NPD_REMARKS Objective 999 0321 =GIS's recording equipment with that of Western Geophysical and to study the infl NPD_REMARKS Objective 999 0401 =uence of equipment on data quality. NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0001 =To establish a direct comparision between the two acquisition technologies GIS w NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0081 =ere charges with processing the 4 Dugong reshoot lines. They processed line GH88 NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0161 =B-129 with a sequence and a set of parameters identical to those used for GH88A- NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0241 =29. After some slight modifications the final products of GH88B lines were very NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0321 =similar to their GH88A counterparts. The data quality is generally good. Six hor NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0401 =izons were picked to sub- divide the post Latrobe section into velocity layers, NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0481 =and later time-to depth intervals. They were, from top to bottom, horizons 14,51 NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0561 =,30,71 5 and 4 (Top Lakes Entrace Fm). Top Latrobe (Horizon 29) and Top Coarse C NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0641 =lastics(Horizon 2) were picked as target horizons and time Depth and velocity ma NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0721 =ps of these horizons are enclosures of the interp report. It was concluded that NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0801 =the Terakihi structure is a remnant of erosion, which has a vertical relief of a NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0881 =bout 80 m and a max closure area off about 8.4km sq. There are also indications NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 0961 =on the seismic that the feature may have a thin gas cap. Depth maps constructed NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 1041 =in the basal part of the post Latrobe sections show closures similar to and over NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 1121 =lying the Terakihi top coarse clastics structure but the magnitude of closure de NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 1201 =creases upwards. This could be due to drape over the 'buried hill' of Terakihi o NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 1281 =r subsequent compression that seems to have been active in the area as observed NPD_REMARKS Summary 999 1361 =at Kipper. It was recommended that more investigation was required.
