Note: DOC and TXT files have been recovered from original 3.5 inch upholes/elevations
      floppy disk using Microsoft Word.  


The original elevations file was corrupt and could not be copied from the floppy disk.  

Please note that the gaps introduced into the TXT and DOC files due to the losses in 
the data recovery process.
