Readme file for tape PE010165 (well OMEO2A)

 - This tape was read multiple times to create TAP file (8 times)
 - This tape had a total hard error count of 574, and exhibited oxide loss
 - Many bogus blocks read with small byte count and hard error.
 - These small blocks removed before conversion to DLIS

 - DLIS file was created for this tape but with empty frame errors and DLIS
   errors.

 - No LAS file was created for this tape due to empty frame errors.
