Readme file for tape PE010579 (well BIGNOSE1)

 - This tape was read multiple times to create TAP file (2 times)
 
 - No LIS headers found in TAP file and unable to convert to DLIS.

 - Recopied data, ermoving first file, and conversion to DLIS OK

 - DLIS file contains many empty frames

 - Conversion to LAS produced headers only - no data (probably due to empty
   frames)
